Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aifa03 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not unlawful or explicitly prohibited by applicable legislation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of aifa03 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion program or gambling block list maintained by aifa03 or a recognized problem gambling authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment — not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.

To access the full range of Services offered by aifa03, you are required to create a personal Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Per Individual: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended, and associated balances may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aifa03 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, aifa03 requires identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method and address may also be requested.
• Account Suspension: aifa03 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with KYC requirements.

All financial transactions on the aifa03 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bank transfer to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, or via supported e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions.
• aifa03 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own tr ansaction fees, for which aifa03 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes following confirmed bank clearance. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• aifa03 reserves the right to request proof of deposit before crediting funds where a transaction cannot be automatically verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your aifa03 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are subject to your account tier and current verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the next available opportunity.
• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved. aifa03 may request additional documentation at any time to satisfy ongoing compliance obligations.
• In the event that a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing window, Players should contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank, as such actions may result in account suspension.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

• All funds deposited into aifa03 must be from a legitimate source. The Platform operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Any transaction suspected of constituting money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account will be immediately suspended.
• aifa03 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on Account Balances. The Platform must not be used as a payment processing vehicle or digital wallet for purposes unrelated to genuine gaming activity.

aifa03 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, made a qualifying deposit. Each bonus offer will specify its own eligibility conditions, which must be met in full.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before real-money withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier and eligible game categories are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• Validity Period: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of a bonus will result in the automatic removal of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active on your Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion.
• Abuse and Fraud: aifa03 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account if we reasonably determine that a bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through coordinated abuse, or via any form of manipulation.
• Withdrawal Sequencing: Where a Player holds both a real-money balance and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are wagered first unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.

The following rules govern the placement of bets and participation in all gaming products available on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting (bandar bola — traditional football wagering), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino games, slot machines, and crash games:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is considered accepted only when the Platform has confirmed it and assigned a unique reference number. Bets placed during system downtime or connectivity interruptions may be voided.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits may vary by game, event, and Account tier and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Results and Settlement: Game results are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems for casino products, and by official event outcomes for sports betting. aifa03's determination of all results is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13.
• Abandoned and Postponed Events: In sports betting, if an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Obvious Errors: aifa03 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was accepted due to an obvious pricing or system error, including but not limited to odds displayed at a price significantly different from the true market rate.
• Connectivity Interruptions: aifa03 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of the Player's internet connection failing during a game round. In the event of a server-side interruption, the Platform will settle the affected game round on the basis of the last verifiable game state.

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement. aifa03 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to void all pending and settled bets and balances associated with the breach:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors found on the Platform for financial gain without first reporting them to aifa03's support team.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other systematic strategy that aifa03 determines to be designed to circumvent the spirit of promotional offers.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method of IP obfuscation.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing communications directed at aifa03 staff or other Players.

All content on the aifa03 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of aifa03 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified studios).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of aifa03.

Any unauthorized use of aifa03's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aifa03 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if aifa03 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any service interruptions, errors, or delays caused by circumstances beyond aifa03's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment processor outages.
• Any decisions made by you on the basis of information or content found on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aifa03 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any aspect of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities is not permitted, aifa03's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

aifa03 is committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection principles. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations and the terms of the Privacy Policy.

aifa03 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Players. The Platform makes the following tools available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time via their Account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts and automatic session termination after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming activity is causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within a minimum cooling-off period.

aifa03 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and aifa03, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with our customer support team. Where direct resolution is not possible within 30 calendar days of the dispute being formally raised, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon neutral arbitrator.

Nothing in this clause shall limit aifa03's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
